5-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek

Welcome to Kyrgyzstan! After arriving at Manas International Airport, we'll transfer to our hotel in Bishkek, the capital city. After some rest, we'll explore the city's highlights.

Arrival & Hotel Check-in

Airport pickup and transfer to our centrally-located hotel in Bishkek. Time to rest and freshen up.

Afternoon
Bishkek City Tour

Visit Ala-Too Square, the State Historical Museum, the Oak Park, and Victory Square. Explore local markets and get a taste of Kyrgyz city life.

Evening
Welcome Dinner

Enjoy a traditional Kyrgyz dinner at a local restaurant. Get to know fellow travelers and discuss the exciting journey ahead.

Day 2: Bishkek to Song Kul Lake

Today we journey to the magnificent Song Kul Lake, one of Kyrgyzstan's most beautiful natural attractions, where we'll spend the night in traditional yurts.

Departure to Song Kul

Early departure with scenic drive through mountain passes. Stop at Burana Tower, an 11th-century minaret and important archaeological site.

Afternoon
Arrival at Song Kul

Reach the alpine lake at 3,016m elevation. Settle into our yurt camp and meet local nomadic families. Option for horseback riding along the lakeshore.

Evening
Traditional Dinner & Stargazing

Enjoy homemade Kyrgyz cuisine in the yurt camp. After dinner, marvel at the incredible night sky far from city lights.

Day 3: Song Kul to Karakol

After a peaceful morning at Song Kul, we'll journey to Karakol, a charming town on the eastern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake with unique cultural heritage.

Song Kul Sunrise & Departure

Early morning walk to catch the sunrise over the lake. After breakfast, we begin our scenic journey to Karakol.

Afternoon
Issyk-Kul Lake

Stop at the shores of Issyk-Kul, the second-largest mountain lake in the world. Brief swimming opportunity (weather permitting).

Evening
Karakol Exploration

Arrive in Karakol and check into our guesthouse. Visit the wooden Orthodox Church and the Dungan Mosque. Enjoy a special Dungan-style family dinner.

Day 4: Karakol to Cholpon-Ata

Today we explore the Jeti-Oguz Gorge before traveling along the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake to the resort town of Cholpon-Ata.

Jeti-Oguz Gorge

Visit the "Seven Bulls" rock formation and take a short hike in this stunning red sandstone gorge. Enjoy a picnic lunch with mountain views.

Afternoon
Traditional Games Demonstration

Watch a demonstration of traditional Kyrgyz horse games. Continue to Cholpon-Ata along the scenic lake road.

Evening
Petroglyphs & Leisure Time

Visit the ancient petroglyphs field. Check into our hotel and enjoy some free time by the lake. Group dinner at a lakeside restaurant.

Day 5: Cholpon-Ata to Bishkek & Departure

Our final day takes us back to Bishkek, with a stop at the beautiful Ala Archa National Park before departing Kyrgyzstan.

Return to Bishkek

After breakfast, we begin our journey back to Bishkek along the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake, enjoying final views of this magnificent body of water.

Visit this stunning alpine national park just outside Bishkek. Take an easy hike along the river valley surrounded by snow-capped peaks.

Evening
Farewell Dinner & Departure

Enjoy a special farewell dinner before transfers to the airport for evening departures. Those with later flights can use hotel facilities for refreshing.
